Grants

TSGC awarded its first membership grant in 2015. Since the first award of $500, the grant program has expanded to offer grants of up to $1,000 every fall and spring. Grants are open to full members or student members of TSGC. Proposals regarding any aspect of genetic counseling are welcome, but proposals with a broad interest to all Texas genetic counselors or genetic services in Texas are preferred. A short presentation or dissemination of results to the TSGC membership during and/or after conclusion of the project is always completed.

The 2024 TSGC Spring grants application is now closed! Grant recipients will be notified in the coming weeks.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@tsgc.org.
